High performance messaging app now available to download – enabling users to share their world.even smarter!
Acision, a global leader in mobile engagement services today announces that a new version of its smart, all-in-one communications app, fuseMe by Acision, is now available in both the Google Play and Apple App stores. With enhanced features and higher quality of service, the new and improved version of fuseMe beats the bugs found in previous releases and boosts both stability and performance for users.
fuseMe by Acision began public life at Mobile World Congress 2014, and was based on the wants and needs of the consumer. Its features not only allow the user to perform all their day-to-day communication functions within one app, but it also delivers a richer engagement experience that goes beyond those found in today’s OTT messaging apps.
Today fuseMe enables secure real-time chat and exchange of images or video files, with the option to build out direct channels and feeds for interactive communication, updates and community building. Its multi-screen utilisation with drag and drop functionality, also means users can multi-task with ease across numerous chats with different contacts at the same time. This unrivalled attribute also allows users to browse the internet (via the in-app web browser), or watch a video and chat at the same time, all while dragging and dropping content between screens. This is alongside IP and ephemeral messaging, exceptional video and voice quality for calls, as well as “see what I see” video broadcast, and much more.
fuseMe by Acision has already gained recognition from publications such as The Guardian, Stuff, t3 and Gizmodo, and was acknowledged for blending “Skype, WhatsApp, Flipboard, and mobile gaming with multitasking” – CNET. It also made finalist status at the Telecom.com awards in 2014. Furthermore, as a white-label application, it provides the centre-point of rich engagement for operators and enterprises interested in deploying OTT capabilities. The technology can be customised and branded, as well as opened up to developers through the forge SDK, in which fuseMe is the flagship reference-able app.
Experience the latest (and greatest) user interface at MWC 2015
Further to the most recent release of fuseMe earlier this week, later this year, users can look forward to a new user interface that promises a more intuitive experience with a streamlined visual design and enhanced functionality, building on the bright, clean theme already associated with the app, and making it stand out in the social messaging landscape. “We have been focusing on refining the user interface for fuseMe. The look and feel is the first thing a user notices when downloading an app and we want the journey to feel harmonious and intuitive. Never before has the experience been more important, when so many OTT apps are competing for consumer mindshare. While features and functionality are important, ease of use and navigation are equally imperative and will motivate the user to come back for more,” said Jesse Conover, Acision’s Lead User Experience Designer.
The prototype of the new user interface of fuseMe will be available on the Acision stand A41, Hall 8.1 at Mobile World Congress 2015. This will showcase one platform for OTT feature consolidation, providing a meaningful app which permits users to freely communicate without going back and forth between conversations and across disparate apps, while meeting the expectation for ease and speed of use across work and play. “With significant growth in app usage and increased screen size, consumers are also engaging more with gaming, music and video-based apps, and want to have an everyday solution that they can depend on for all their communication needs but also for other social interaction and content. fuseMe improves communications effectiveness and efficiency through one single application for sophisticated in and outbound collaboration, while enabling seamless organisation for allcontent and feeds. We believe the new user interface will enable a more interactive and smarter user experience, but this is only a taster of what will be announced at MWC, so watch this space for more,” said Eric Bilange, Head of Rich Engagement Services at Acision.
