20 medical institutions and agencies in Incheon, Jeju, Chungcheongnam-do, and Jellabuk-do, which host foreign patients, will take part in the “Vietnam Medical Tourism 2019” to promote Medical Korea.
Starting May 8 (Wednesday), Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) will operate the “Medical Korea Zone” for four days at the 6th Vietnam International Medical Tourism Exhibition (Vietnam Medical Tourism 2019) at Friendship Cultural Palace in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The KHIDI and 20 organizations from the Korean local governments of Incheon, Jellabuk-do, Jeju, and Chungcheongnam-do, including the tourism organizations; medical institutions; and facilitators serving foreign patients, will promote Korean healthcare in Vietnam.

In this event, KHIDI and 20 organizations will offer various programs such as the consultation for cosmetic surgery and regular health check-up, and other on-site lucky-draw events for visitors to expand “Medical Korean Wave” to Vietnam.
